Returns..

At Aussie Maille we offer a 14 day return policy. Goods must be in the EXACT same condition in which they were sent.

All returns must be sent via registered mail, at your cost unless an error was made in your order by Aussie Maille. Once we are happy with the condition of the returned products, we will refund the price paid, excluding the cost of shipping them to you.

Shipping..

At checkout you will be given a few suggested ways to ship your order, we recommend that all orders within Australia are shipped with registered mail. Most orders will ship within 48-36 hrs of payment being received by us. This could vary over periods of high activity, but we aim to get your parcel to you as quickly as we can.

Please make sure you only order upto the in stock values, anything over that will be put onto backorder and subject to various waiting times.  Please see the FAQ for more information regarding backorders.

If you require amounts larger than what is shown to be available, contact us and we will be able to advise as to availability...if we can get it in quickly for you, we will.
