At Aussie Maille we offer a 14 day return policy. Goods must be in the EXACT same condition in which they were sent. The only exception to this is for custom cut or preordered items. Custom cut is anything that isn't listed on the website for that particular metal and/or gauge. If you had to ask for it to be cut then it is considered a custom cut and cannot be refunded. Preordered items are those where an agreement was reached with Aussie Maille to bring in certain items or a larger than normal amount of stock items for you. These are generally paid for in advance and as such are not refundable if you change your mind.
All returns must be sent via registered mail, at your cost unless an error was made in your order by Aussie Maille.
Once we are happy with the condition of the returned products, we will refund the price paid, excluding the cost of shipping them to you. Please note all refunds will be made via the method of original payment ie if you paid via credit card then that is where we will refund to.
Restocking Fee
Please be aware that for change of mind returns there will be a 20% restocking fee.
Digital Products..
Due to the nature of digital products returns will not be accepted and are therefore non refundable. Please make sure you order the correct tutorial for your needs.
