How to Use this Table:
Ring ID is the size of the mandrel that was used to make the ring.
Actual Ring ID is the measured Internal Diameter of a closed jump ring (this takes springback and kerf into consideration).
Ring Count is the approximate number of rings in the standard bag size.
Sizing Information:
Square Wire rings do not act the same as Round Wire rings, so things like AR (aspect ratio) will not apply to these rings. Important: Also note these rings are made by a different supplier than our other square wire rings and as such sizing does not match in any way.
Colour Information:
All our Anodized Aluminium rings have a glossy finish with the exception of the "white" coloured rings which are matt.
Any jump rings marked with ** have been cut after the anodizing process and will have raw ends (silver coloured). As long as the jump rings are closed correctly the raw ends will not show.
Please note: that there may be colour variations within a bag. Anodizing Aluminium doesn't always produce consistent results and though we try and pick out any off coloured rings within some colours the variations are too across the board for us to successfully separate them. We cannot guarantee that the colour between batches will remain consistent and it is often best if you order all you need for a project at once.
We've tried our best to display the colours on the website as true to life as we can, but factors such as individual monitor settings may result in the rings being slightly different than what you see on your screen.
To help you with some ideas of weaves you can create we have listed some here that will work with this jump ring size.
For a more complete listing of weaves and their statistics please see our Maille Library.
